We were delighted to host the largest tour to date at IRCAD North America, welcoming general surgery residents from Carolinas Medical Center along with program director Dr. Lauren Paton and faculty, Dr. David Jacobs, Dr. Susan Evans, Dr. Jessica McCool, Dr. Robert Lim, and Dr. John Martinie.
Guided by our Executive Director, Dr. Dionisios Vrochides, the residents had the opportunity to explore all four floors of our facility, from our hybrid ORs to our didactic auditorium. The tour provided a chance for the residents to envision how IRCAD North America’s resources and hands-on training courses can support the development of their skills over the course of their entire careers.
This milestone event underscores our commitment to fostering collaboration and excellence in surgical education. We look forward to welcoming more teams and continuing to inspire the next generation of medical professionals.
