IRCAD North America is proud to participate in Celebrate Research! 2026, a month-long initiative hosted by Wake Forest University School of Medicine and Advocate Health to showcase groundbreaking research, innovation, and collaboration across the enterprise. Throughout April, the series brings together faculty, staff, and learners for presentations, panel discussions, facility tours, poster sessions, faculty awards, and other events designed to spark new ideas and highlight the power of interdisciplinary partnerships.
As part of this celebration, IRCAD North America hosted a full-day, in-person event on April 8 in Charlotte highlighting the first six months of operations of its Experiential Education arm and Excubator, the foundation of IRCAD NA’s Translational R&D efforts. The afternoon included structured group tours of the IRCAD NA facilities and infrastructure, offering participants a closer look at how the center is advancing minimally invasive surgery, robotics, digital health education, and surgical device translational research. The event reflected IRCAD NA’s growing impact across Advocate Health and its commitment to driving discovery, advancing healthcare, and shaping the future of surgical innovation.
