The initiative activates multiple IRCAD North America strategic partnerships. These collaborations aim to expand surgical training opportunities, foster translational research and development, and create clear pathways for learners to different stages.

IRCAD NA Full Fellowship training program supports experiential education and rapid cycle R&D pathways. Customizable rotations at any of the other eight IRCAD international facilities are also included.

IRCAD NA Mini Fellowship training program supports either experiential education or rapid cycle R&D pathways depending on the activity of the institution at the time of the fellowship and the selections of the fellow.

For College Students
IRCAD NA Internship program supports either clinical (experiential education, rapid cycle R&D) or non-clinical (audio visual and IT network services, concierge services, facilities management, public relations) tracks depending on the activity of the institution at the time of the internship and the selections of the intern.

IRCAD North America Strategic Industry Partners
IRCAD North America in partnership with the Wake Forest University School of Professional Studies, offers certificates with dual endorsement for selected sponsored courses.
Participants in IRCAD North America sponsored courses that include all three dimensions of experiential education training (didactics, hands-on sessions, observation of live cases) and at least 24 hours of CME, are eligible for the dual certification.
